Try Rugby

What is our “Try Rugby” program? It is our program aimed at 7-12 year olds who are interested in starting to learn how to play rugby. Members of the senior Quins coaching staff and senior players regularly get involved in the sessions which take place on alternative Friday mornings at Zayed Sports City in Abu Dhabi.

Juniors Section

Abu Dhabi Harlequins are proud to have a a strong Juniors section with squads from Under 4 all the way up to Under 19. We also have a number of Girls squads at Under 12, Under 15 and Under 18 level. Training takes place twice a week at Zayed Sports City so come and give it a try.

Harlequins Ladies

The Abu Dhabi Harlequins Ladies Section fielded two 7-a-side teams in 2014/15 and were one of the best represented clubs in the Gulf. This year, in addition to the Sevens schedule (seven tournaments) there will be four 15-a-side games as well. Why not come down to Zayed Sports City and get involved?
